Ringing/Sounding of School Bells
At 10:05 AM, school bells shall be sounded as signal for the synchronized anticipated World Teachers' Day Celebration
- In-Charge: School Heads
- Involved Individuals/Groups: Supreme Pupil/Student Governments and Other school-based organizations
National Prayer for Teachers
Immediately after the ringing/sounding of school bells, the National Prayer for Teachers, either in Filipino or English shall be recited.
This must also be recited in the district, division, regional and national celebrations nationwide at exactly 10:05AM

- Involved Individuals/Groups: Supreme Pupil/Student Governments and Other school-based organizations, School, District, Division, and Regional NTM and WTD Committees
Special Activities for Teachers
All teachers nationwide shall take a break from their classroom duties to give way for special classroom/school programs. Schools may organize Grade VI Pupils and Fourth Year High School Students to handle the classes on behalf of the teachers.

- Involved Individuals/Groups: Supreme Pupil/Student Governments and Other school based organizations
Teachers may be provided with free make-over and spa treatments (haircut, facial and foot spa, massage, pedicure, manicure, and other services) from EPP/TLE/TVE/STEP students/members or from private sponsors.

- Involved Individuals/Groups: Alumni Associations, PTAs, Supreme Student Governments, Supreme Pupil Governments, EPP, TLE, TVE and STEP Officers and members.
- In-charge: District SUpervisors Schools Division Superintendents, and Regional Directors
- District, Division and Regional NTM and WTD Commitees
Religious Activities
Schools, Districts, Divisions, and Regions may conduct religious ecumenical activities or liturgical celebrations

- Involved Individuals/Groups: School NTM and WTD Committees
- In-charge: District Supervisors, School Division Superintendents, and Regional Directors
- Involved Individuals/Groups: District, Division and Regional NTM and WTD Committees
Synchronized Culminating Activities
Each District, Division and Region is REQUIRED to conduct one culminating activities for the teachers on October 5, 2016. This is similar to the Grand World Teachers' Day Celebration organized by DepED Central Office every year.
- In-charge: District Supervisors, School Division Superintendents, and Regional Directors
- Involved Individuals/Groups: District, Division and Regional NTM and WTD Committees
Grand World Teachers' Day Event
The Department of Education Central Office organizes the Grand World Teachers' Day celebration (venue and participation to be announced).
- In-charge: DepED - Central Office with Selected Regions
- Involved Individuals/Groups: Teacher-representative from the different selected regions, DepED Officials, National Teachers' Month Coordinating Council, Guests, and other Government Officials
Submission of Reports
Schools and Offices (districts, divisions and regions) shall post their respective reports on the activities conducted pertinent to WTD celebration at www.facebook.com/DepEd.Philippines. Reports shall include clear pictures and a comprehensive documentation. The Regional Offices shall consolidate the reports and shall be submitted to the The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Legal and Legislative Affairs/ Partnerships and External Linkages - External Partnerships Service, Special Events Unit through spapo2012@gmail.com.

It shows us to not fear new knowledge and experiences

They influence how big a bream we dream for ourselves
Bless our teachers who have come before

Tanglawan po ng Inyong mabubuting halimbawa ang kaguruan
