Here's the original version. It is a JPG image and JPG (or JPEG) images doesn't support transparent photos.

I got this image from Wikimapia via Google Image search. It was uploaded by someone called 'Jesne' nine years ago.
There are other variation of TMCNHS logo, that is the version with red background. This one below is from Photobucket.

There aren't too many TMCNHS logos all over the web. Some of them are attached with other images.
Here's the transparent version of the original one.

I used Photoshop CS6 to edit these. It is not the best edit though...but who cares?...at least it's transparent, right?
Maybe...you might say it doesn't look like transparent...you just made it like BMP image with white background. To prove that this is transparent, I'm gonna add some background color to this image.
I maintained white background in the circular part of the logo because I believe it is much better than fully transparent image. If you want it fully transparent, then you have to edit it on your own, or just leave a comment on this post.
...so, there you have it! It is up to TMCNHS staff members or students to download and do what ever they wanted to do on these logos.
Reminder: I don't have bigger and clearer versions of these logos because there are really no clearer/bigger versions of the original logo image (the first image). If you want smaller versions of this logo, you can use tools that support editing and resizing transparent image. Don't use MS Paint!
Update (July 28, 2015):
Here's another bigger, better logo version (474 KB PNG format). Background color has been added to prove that it is transparent. Of course it's not square so feel free to edit or modify this image. Original image by Sir. Ronald Allan Ferrer
